"In-Stock" items will take between 3 to 12 days depending on where the furniture is being delivered. "Out Of Stock" can range from 3 to 6 weeks. Please call to verify an approximate shipping time for all "Out Of Stock" items.

Occasionally, items shown to be in stock or available get pre-sold, in this case, you will be sent a email notification that your item is on backorder. You have the option to continue to wait for that item, cancel your order for a full refund, or select a different item to order.

Once you have received your tracking number by email, you may track your shipment at our shippers website. If you encounter any problems or have not received your tracking number, please email us at contact@thefrenchdesigncompany.com

Please inspect your delivery carefully for damages upon receiving, and note any damages on the driver's copy of delivery receipt. Damages not
noted on the receipt of delivery will not be exchanged.

Contact us immediately to report any damages IF YOU HAVE SIGNED YOUR RECEIPT OF DELIVERY ONLY.

In addition, please take pictures of the damages including all of the furniture.
The pictures need to be clear with different views.

Following the above instructions will insure a prompt solution.

Replacements for damaged merchandise will only be sent upon completion of all of the above and take between 2 to 3 weeks to resolve the claim with carrier if we have it in stock and more if we have to order it at the factory.

• Tracking is available only after an order has shipped.

• Packages shipped via freight may not have accessible tracking information for up to 48 hours after you receive the tracking number.

• Some items require special shipping arrangements and may not be trackable.
